Himachal Institute of Dental Sciences is located at Sirmour district in Himachal Pradesh. The college was established in the academic year 2003-2004. The college was formed with an objective of imparting dental and oral health care education, dealing with all the health problems related to mouth, gums, teeth and other hard and soft tissues of oral cavity. Himachal Institute of Dental Sciences is affiliated to Himachal Pradesh University. Courses offered by the institute are approved by Dental Council of India (DCI). The college conducts dental course at graduation level, with intake of 100 students.
