Haryana College of Technology and Management, a National Board of Accreditation (NBA) accredited college, was incepted in 1998 at Kaithal, Haryana. The college is affiliated to Kurukshetra University and is managed by Dr. Puran Chand Dharmarth Trust. With the approval of All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, and Directorate of Technical Education, Government of Haryana, it conducts several technical courses at undergraduate as well as postgraduate level, along with postgraduate course in Computer Application and Business Administration. Haryana College of Technology & Management has been accorded by ISO-9001:2000 certification. It is among the prominent engineering colleges in the state.

Eligibility:
Undergraduate:
BE / B Tech
The candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination in science stream from a recognized university. For lateral entry in II year, the candidate should have done minimum three-year diploma in engineering/technology from State Board of Technical Education, Haryana or its equivalent.
Post Graduate:
ME / M Tech
The applicants need to have a Bachelor's degree in engineering/technology, from a recognized university.
MCA
The candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university with Mathematics as one of the subjects either at graduation or at 10+2 level.
MBA
The students are required to have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, from a recognized university.

Admission is done on the basis of the candidate's performance in the All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE) conducted by the Central Board of Technical Education (CBSE), New Delhi. Lateral entry into II year, is on the basis of LEET score of the aspirant.
