The college is affiliated to Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU), Rohtak. Happy College of Education is approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). The college offers undergraduate degree and diploma level programmes in teacher’s training - Bachelor of Education (B. Ed), one-year full time programme and Diploma in Education (D. Ed), two-year full time programme. The diploma programme of the college is recognized by the State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Haryana.
