Established in 1956, H.A. College of Commerce is among the reputed institutions of its field in Gujarat. The college is affiliated to Gujarat University. Located in Ahmadabad, it intends to impart quality education to its scholars. The institution has also gained the approval of University Grants Commission (UGC). It conducts education in the field of commerce at under graduate as well as at post graduate levels. The college works under the guidance of Gujarat Law Society.
H.A. College of Commerce was awarded with ‘Best College’ title by the Government of Gujarat, in 1983. It holds the distinction of being the first Commerce College of Gujarat, which has been accredited with 4 Star by NAAC (which is equivalent to B++ grade). The college also conducts few career-oriented programs in capital market, foreign exchange and international trade, insurance and practical tally accounting and taxation. In addition to this, crash course in retail marketing is also conducted by the college.
