Gursewa School of Nursing, located in Garhshankar (Punjab), is affiliated to Indian Nursing Council (INC), Delhi, and Punjab Nursing Registration Council (PNRC). The college intends to train aspirants as well-qualified & skilled nurses. In order to accomplish its aim, the institution has equipped itself with all the basic amenities. Gursewa School of Nursing offers three and half years of General Nursing & Midwifery (G.N.M) course at undergraduate level along with one and half years of Auxiliary Nurse Midwife/ Health Worker (ANM) course after metric. The nursing institution is part of Gursewa Group of Colleges and is working under the aegis of Gursewa Society for Education, Health and Welfare Activities.

The college offers the following diploma courses:


General Nursing & Midwifery (G.N.M)
The candidates need to pass 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized Board in science stream with minimum 50% aggregate marks. Relaxation of 5% is there for SC/ST candidates.

Auxiliary Nursing & Midwifery
The candidates are required to pass metric (10th) examination from a recognized Board.
