Government Bikram College of Commerce

Government Bikram College of Commerce is situated in Patiala district of Punjab. It one of the oldest commerce colleges in India, as it was established in 1945 at Faridkot (shifted to Patiala in 1955). Initially, the commerce college was affiliated to Panjab University. Since 1962, Government Bikram College of Commerce has been affiliated to Punjabi University.
 
To spread commerce education among young aspirants, the college conducts undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the field of commerce - Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), a three-year program and Master of Commerce (M.Com), a two-year program. Government Bikram College of Commerce is recognized by University Grants Commission (UGC) for offering various add-on courses. It is also accredited with B++ grade by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). For the overall development of its students, the commerce college provides ample modern facilities to them.

Admission Procedure:

Undergraduate:
Candidates are admitted through their marks at the 10+2 level examination, as per the guidelines laid down by the University.

Post Graduate:
Admission is based on the candidates' marks at the graduation level, according to the norms of the University.
