Located in Jalgaon (Maharashtra), Godavari Institute of Management & Research is one of the constituent units of Godavari Foundation. The institute came into being in 2001. Affiliated to North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon, Godavari Institute of Management & Research is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Government of India and recognized by the Government of Maharashtra. Currently, the college teaches business management at the postgraduate level, that is, Master of Business Administration (MBA). The course is a two-year full time program.

For the admission, candidates have to appear in CET conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education, Government of Maharashtra, group discussion and personal interview. Those candidates, who have valid score in CAT / JMET / MAT/ ATMA / XAT, may also apply.
