Global Institute of Technology, popularly known as GIT Jaipur, is one of the leading engineering colleges in Rajasthan. The college, located in Jaipur, holds the distinction of being an 'A' grade accredited institute, by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). The college came into existence in 2002. It is affiliated to Rajasthan Technical University, Kota. Courses of GIT Jaipur have gained the approval of All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.

The Society established the college with a view to contribute towards the overall development of the young engineers of the country. Admissions are done through AIEEE / RPET exam conducted by Rajasthan Technical University. 15% seats are filled through AIEEE exam conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education; CBSE New Delhi. 70% seats are filled through RPET exam conducted by Rajasthan Technical University. 15% seats are reserved for management quota.
