Affiliated Kurukshetra University, the college holds the distinction of being an ISO 9001:2008 certified institution. The self-financing college has gained the approval from All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, Ministry of Human Resource and Development and Government of Haryana, to conduct courses in various branches of engineering. Currently, D.R. College of Engineering and Technology imparts education in technical field at under graduate level along with masters in business administration program with specialization in Marketing, Finance and Human Resource.
