Established in 2003, Dr. Ashutosh Das Memorial PTTI is situated in Hooghly, West Bengal. The college offers two years of Diploma in Education course. The institution was named after the freedom fighter Dr. Ashutosh Das, who was also a physician and devoted his service for the mass of the rural Bengal. Dr. Ashutosh Das Memorial PTTI is affiliated to West Bengal Board of Primary Education and is approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).
