Deoband Unani Medical College is located in Saharanpur (Uttar Pradesh). It was set up in the year 1991. The college is managed and run by Muslim Educational & Social Welfare Association, a registered Society. Affiliated to Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur, the college has been recognized by the Central Council of Indian Medicine (CCIM), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Department of Ayush, Government of India, New Delhi.
Deoband Unani Medical College conducts an undergraduate degree level course - Bachelor of Unani Medicine & Surgery (BUMS). The course is a four-and-half-year program, which is followed by one year of compulsory internship. A charitable hospital is attached to the college. The hospital has the capacity of 150 beds and it offers modern facilities to its students.

The candidates must have passed 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry & Biology, from any recognized Board. Apart from that, the candidates must have studied Urdu up to 10th standard or its equivalent.

Selection of the candidates is done through Uttar Pradesh Combined Pre Medical Test (UPCPMT). Qualifying candidates are then called for an interview.
