Located in Kottayam, Kerala, Caritas College of Nursing is affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi University, popularly known as MG University. The college is recognized by Indian Nursing Council (INC) and Kerala Nursing Council (KNC). The foundation stone of its building was laid down in 2002. The college was started with Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B Sc Nursing) programme in 2002. However, the Post Basic B Sc Nursing programme was introduced in 2005. Caritas College of Nursing was declared a minority educational institute in 2007. It is a member of Association of the Management of Self Financing Nursing Colleges of Kerala (AMSFNCK). The institute is managed by Caritas Hospital Trust.
