The college is one among the educational institutions set up by Sri Krishna Educational Society. The college is affiliated to Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU), Lucknow. With the approval of All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, Bora Institute of Management Sciences offers a two-year full time course in the field of business administration program, at the postgraduate level. The college was set-up with an aim to groom the students to become proficient managers.
