Baldev Ram Mirdha Institute of Technology, commonly known as BMIT Jaipur, is an important center of higher education in the field of technical education in Rajasthan. BMIT Jaipur was started in 2003. The institute is affiliated to Rajasthan Technical University, Kota. Courses conducted by the college have gained the approval of All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. Presently, BMIT Jaipur is offering undergraduate level courses in five streams of engineering. In addition to this, it conducts a two-year MBA course too. Admissions are done through RPET / AIEEE exam. 70% seats are filled through RPET exam conducted by Rajasthan technical University. 15% seats are filled through AIEEE exam conducted by CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education), New Delhi. 15% seats are reserved for management quota.
