Babu Banarasidas National Institute of Technology & Management, also known as BBNITM, is a well known institution in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The private engineering and management college was established in 1998. The institute is affiliated to Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU), Lucknow. Courses offered by it are approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. Several courses offered by Babu Banarasidas National Institute of Technology & Management have been accredited by the National Board for Accreditation (NBA).
BBNITM was established in the memory of Late Sri Babu Banarasi Das, Ex Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh. The college is a part of Babu Banarasi Das Group of Educational Institutions, which have been established by Babu Banarasi Das Educational Society, under the Chairmanship of Dr. Akhilesh Das Gupta, former Union Minister, Government of India. Apart from BBNITM, the Society has established institutions in Delhi and Lucknow, to impart higher education in Engineering, Dental Sciences, Pharmacy, Architecture, Management, Computer Science and Education, etc.

Candidates who desire to apply for the undergraduate courses must have 10+2 degree in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
B Arch
Minimum qualification is a pass in the final examination of 10+2 (Class XII) or its equivalent referred to as the qualifying examination. The candidates must have studied Physics and Mathematics in qualifying exam as compulsory subjects and anyone of Chemistry / Computer Science / Biology / Engineering Drawing as optional subjects.
Post Graduate:

The eligible candidates should be degree holders in similar field.
MCA
Graduation is mandatory with Mathematics as one of the subjects or Graduation in any stream with Mathematics at 10+2 standard.
MBA
Graduation in any stream from any recognized university is a pre-requisite.

Candidates with good score in NATA are granted admission. The entrance test paper consists of Mathematics and Aptitude Test which is designed to evaluate candidate's perception, imagination, observation, creativity and architectural awareness.
