Anand School of Nursing, located in Amritsar (Punjab) is approved by Punjab Nursing Registration Council (PNRC), Chandigarh and Indian Nursing Council (INC), Delhi. Three & half year, full-time diploma course, namely, General Nursing & Midwifery (G.N.M) is offered at undergraduate level by the institution. In order to accomplish its aim of providing comprehensive education to the aspirants, Anand School of Nursing & Charitable Hospital boasts of being fully equipped with all the basic amenities. The college, which is a part of Anand Institutes, was established in 1987. It is affiliated to Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS), Faridkot. The nursing institute works under the aegis of registered Anand Model Educational & Charitable Society.

Candidates are required to pass 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized Board in science stream with minimum 45% aggregate marks (40% SC/ST candidates). In addition, the candidates must be aged between 17 years to 35 years as on 31st December of the year of admission.
