Located in Amritsar district of Punjab, Amritsar School of Nursing is recognized by Indian Nursing Council (INC), Delhi, Government of India and Punjab Nursing Registration Council (PNRC). The institution offers three and half years of diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery (G.N.M) course at undergraduate level along with Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM), after matric. General Nursing & Midwifery
The candidates, who have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized Board in science stream with minimum 45% aggregate marks, are eligible. In addition, to the educational qualification the candidate needs to fulfill the age criteria. They should be aged between 17 years to 35 years as on 31st December of the year of admission.

Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery
The candidates are required to pass class 10th examination from a recognized Board.
