The college is managed and run by All Saints Christian Educational Society. All Saints Christian Law College is affiliated to Andhra University and approved by Bar Council of India (BCI), Government of India, New Delhi.
 
All Saints Christian Law College Visakhapatnam imparts courses in law, at the undergraduate level. The UG programs of the college are of both three years and five years duration, as per the rules and regulations of BCI.
