BA/ BA (Hons) in Hotel Management: This is a four-year degree program offered by IHM Aurangabad in affiliation with the University of Huddersfield, UK, one of the leading universities in the world. IHM Aurangabad is the only institute in India to offer a foreign degree that is recognised by the Indian government. Students can opt for the BA - Hotel Management or the BA (Hons) Hotel Management degree.

BA (Hons) - Hotel Management, Tourism: This is a four-year degree program that offers specialization in tourism for those opting for a career in the tourism sector. Students can opt for specialization on the commencement of second year.

BA (Hons) - Hotel Management, Events: This is a four-year degree program that offers specialization for those interested in a career in events management. Students can opt for specialization on the commencement of second year.

BA (Hons) Culinary Arts: This is a four-year program, specially designed by Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces. The program trains the students in the basic principles of cookery and food processing and prepares them for careers as chefs in restaurants, hotels and commercial kitchens.

Admission Procedure

Admissions to IHM Aurangabad are made on the basis of an entrance test conducted on all-India basis. The written test is of 90 minutes duration and carries objective questions on Abstract Reasoning, Verbal Reasoning, Reading Comprehension, Numerical Reasoning, and General Knowledge. The written test is of 100 marks and candidates who qualify written exam are required to appear in group discussion and personal interview. The group discussion is of 50 marks and personal interview is of 100 marks. The total weightage of written test, group discussion, and personal interview is 40%, 20%, and 40% respectively.
