Army Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (AIHM & CT), Bangalore is one of the premiere institutes of hotel management in India. AIHM & CT was established in 1996. It is affiliated to Bangalore University and is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

Academic Courses offered by AIHM & CT

Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management (BHM): This is a full-time four year course. The course equips the students with the latest technology and trend in the Hospitality Industry. The syllabus of the course is prescribed by Bangalore University and the annual examination is conducted by them.

Eligibility: For admission in the Bachelor's course in Hotel Management (BHM) at AIHM & CT, a candidate should have passed 10+2 stage examination or its equivalent in any academic stream with English as compulsory subject. Candidates can also apply provisionally but they have to submit the proof of passing the qualifying examination at the time of admission. Since English is the medium of instruction, the candidates must be proficient in English.

Age Limit: The upper age limit for admission is 22 years as on 01 July of the year of admission, except war widows who are in receipt of liberalised pension.
