Film and Television Institute of India, Pune
Film and Television Institute of India (FTII), Pune is an autonomous
body under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting of the
Government of India. FTII was established in 1960 at the erstwhile
Prabhat studio premises at Pune. The institute has produced several
distinguished alumni such as Subhash Ghai, Jaya Bahaduri, Shatrughan
Sinha etc.
