Syllabus for WBJEE



West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE) is conducted by West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board in order to provide admission to the aspirants in Medical, Dental, Engineering, Technology, Pharmacy and Veterinary programmes at undergraduate level conducted in numerous institutions across the state of West Bengal. The entrance examination is also mandatory to seek admission in B. Arch programme of Bengal Engineering and Science University, Shibpur and Jadavpur University.
 
Syllabus for WBJEE
The syllabus for WBJEE entrance examination is based on the curriculum studied by the candidates at 10+2 level. Detailed subject wise syllabus is given below:
 
Physics Syllabus for WBJEE
The syllabus of physics consists of following topics: Units and dimensions, Kinematics, Dynamics, Scalars and vectors, Rotational motion, Gravitation, Work, Power and Energy, Wave motion, Thermal Physics, Hydrostatics and fluid mechanics, Elasticity, Vibrations, Thermodynamics, Optics, Electromagnatism, Current electricity, Electrostatics, Electromagnetic induction and Modern Physics, which includes the study of Bohr's atomic model, pnp and npn transistors, etc.
 
Chemistry Syllabus for WBJEE
