The candidates, who are aspiring to get enrolled into five-year integrated Masters' programs of Indian Institute of Technology, Madras (IIT-M), have to appear in HSEE Entrance Exam. The Humanities and Social Sciences Entrance Examination (HSEE) is conducted through online at various test centers all over the country - Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kochi, Kolkata and Mumbai.
The questions in the HSEE Entrance Exam are asked for analyzing skills and knowledge of the candidates. To prepare for the test, the candidate has to practice English language, analytical and quantitative ability and general studies. The basics of all these streams are as follow:

Candidates should be thorough with the topics regarding Environment and Ecology, Contemporary World Affairs (post-World War II) and Indian Society and Indian Economics.
