Syllabus for BEEE Exam



The students who are seeking admission in an undergraduate technological course (Bachelor of Technology) of Bharath University have to appear in Bharath University Engineering Entrance Exam. The entrance test, which is also known as BEEE, is conducted at various test centers across Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Karnataka, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Orissa, Maharashtra, West Bengal and Tamil Nadu.
 
Syllabus
The questions in the entrance test are generally asked from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics of 10+2 level.
 
Physics
Definitions of luminous flux, Discovery of radioactivity, Units, Dimensions and Dimensional equations Displacement, Electric current, Photoelectric effect, Semiconductor, Simple harmonic motion, Structure of nuclears, Heat as kinetic energy of molecular motion, Newton's law of motion etc.
 
Chemistry
Electro chemistry, Ionics equilibria, kinetic theory of gases, Surface chemistry, Nuclear chemistry, Chemical reaction, Chemical Equilibrium, Atomic structure, States of matter, Chemical kinetics, Chemical bonding, Nitrogen family, Metals and metallurgical, Chemistry of carbon compounds, postulates, Periodic classification of elements etc.
 
Mathematics
Trigonometry, Vector Algebra, Algebra, Coordinate Geometry, Calculus, Probability are included in the topics of Mathematics.
 
General Knowledge or aptitude
For Aptitude questions, Reasoning, vocabulary, English usage or Grammar, linguistics etc. should be practiced by the candidates.
