The test will comprise of objective type of questions with multiple choices in the following grounds - Mathematics, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, English, Analytical Ability & Logical Reasoning, General Awareness and Computer Awareness. There is no system of negative marking for a wrong answer attempted by a candidate. Candidate will appear in a different combination of subjects according to their preferred as follows:

Questions are based on English, Aptitude Test (Reasoning & Analytical Exercise, General Knowledge with more emphasis on tourism).
B Tech
Questions are based on Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
B Pharma
Questions are based on Remedial Mathematics, Anatomy & Physiology, Pharmaceutics (General Pharmacy), Pharmaceutical Chemistry (Inorganic Pharmaceutical Chemistry), Pharmaceutical Analysis and Remedial Biology.
