RPET stands for Rajasthan Pre Engineering Test. The state-level entrance examination is conducted for admission into engineering, architecture and pharmacy programs at under graduate level. The test is conducted by Board of Technical Education, Rajasthan. BITS Pilani, MNIT Jaipur and other deemed universities of the state do not accept the scores of RPET entrance examination.
Examination Pattern
Rajasthan Pre Engineering Test (RPET) is a single stage entrance examination. Its duration is three hours. The test is fragmented into three parts-
- Physics
- Chemistry
- Mathematics
Each section contains 40 objective questions with multiple options. In total, the question paper carries 120 questions. Each correct answer fetches the candidate one mark. No negative marking is there. The entrance examination will be conducted in both English and Hindi medium. In case of any variation in Hindi & English versions of the question, the questions in English will be considered as valid.
