Eligibility for Orissa JEE Exam



First Year Bachelor Degree program in engineering/technology - The candidates must have passed their Higher Secondary Examination from Orissa Board or any other recognized board with Physics, Mathematics, and one from Chemistry/ Computer Science/Biology/ Biotechnology or pass in 10+3 diploma course in engineering including those having less than 60% marks in aggregate.
 
First Year Bachelor Degree program in pharmacy
The candidate must have passed their Higher Secondary Examination from Orissa Board or any other recognized board with physics and chemistry and one from mathematics/biotechnology/computer science /biology or pass in 10+3 diploma course in pharmacy including those having less than 60% marks in aggregate from SCTE&T, Orissa or equivalent. 
 
First Year Bachelor Degree program MBBS/BDS
The candidate must have passed their higher secondary Examination from Orissa Board or any other recognized board with Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 50% marks in aggregate (40% for SC/ST) with age between 17 and 25 years (relaxable up to 3 years for SC/ST candidates).
 
First Year Master Program in MCA
The candidate must have a bachelor's degree in any discipline, with pass in Mathematics at 10+2 level.
 
First Year Master Program in MBA
The candidate must have a bachelor's degree in any discipline, from a recognized university.
 
Second Year engineering/technology and pharmacy under Lateral Entry The candidate must have a bachelor's degree from science stream of Orissa University or equivalent recognized by UGC and have passed with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate(First Division), with Mathematics at graduate level.
Or
The candidate must have passed or appeared in three years diploma course in engineering and pharmacy with a minimum 60% marks in aggregate from SCTE&VT, Orissa or equivalent.
 
Second Year Pharmacy under Lateral Entry
The candidate must have a bachelor's degree from science stream of Orissa University or equivalent recognized by UGC and have passed with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate(First Division), with Biology at undergraduate level.
