Eligibility for Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT)



Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test, which is also known as GPAT entrance exam, is conducted by Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara. The all-India level entrance test is conducted for admission in postgraduate program in pharmacy - Master of Pharmacy (M. Pharm). All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Government of India, has given authority to the University for conducting GPAT entrance test instead of Graduate Aptitude Test for Engineering (GATE).
 
Eligibility
Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda has confirmed many eligibility criteria for the candidates who are seeking their admission in relevant field. The eligibility prerequisites for the test are given below.
 
  • The admission seekers, who have completed Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), from any recognized University, are eligible to apply for the test.
  • The aspirants, who are appearing in final year of qualifying examination, are also eligible to apply for GPAT entrance test.
  • The result awaited candidates of the qualifying examination may also apply for the program.
  • The candidates should be residents of India.
