Eligibility for AUCET Exam



Andhra University Common Entrance Test (AUCET) is conducted by Andhra University, Andhra Pradesh. The entrance test is conducted for admission to courses in various disciplines, at the postgraduate level. Andhra University Common Entrance Test is conducted at examination centers across Andhra Pradesh, which include Visakhapatnam, Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Kakinada, Rajahmundry, Eluru, Bhimavaram, Vijayawada and Guntur.
 
Eligibility
The students, who have passed or are appearing in their final year of certificate and degree examination, can apply for appearing in Andhra University Common Entrance Test. The eligibility criteria for particular postgraduate programs under AUCET are given below.
 

Master of Science (M. Sc)
The aspirants should have done Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) with not less than 55% marks, from any recognized University. Final year appearing students may also apply to appear in the common entrance test. 

M.Sc. (Tech.)
Graduation in B.Sc (Technology) with minimum 55% marks from any recognized University is mandatory, to be eligible for this program. The students, who are appearing in final year of the qualifying examination, may also apply.
 
Master of Arts (M.A.)
The candidates should have completed Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in the relevant stream with at least 55% marks in aggregate, from any statutory University.
 
M.Com. M.L.I.Sc., M.J.M.C., M.H.R.M., M.Ed., B.F.A., B.Ed
Candidates should have possessed Bachelor’s degree in relevant subjects with not less than 55% marks, to be eligible for these program.
