NSIT Delhi

Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology (NSIT) Delhi is one of the premier engineering colleges of India. The institute was earlier known as Delhi Institute of Technology (DIT) and comes under the control of Delhi Administration.

NSIT Delhi currently offers Under-Graduate (B.E.) Level courses in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering, Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Manufacturing Process and Automation Engineering, Information Technology, and Bio-Technology. Candidates for B.E. courses are selected on the basis of a Combined Entrance Examination (CEE) conducted by the University of Delhi.

NSIT Delhi offers Post-Graduate (M.Tech.) level courses if following branches: Electronics & Communication Engineering (Signal Processing), Computer Engineering (Information Systems), and Instrumentation & Control Engineering ( Process Control). Selection for Post-Graduate courses is done on the basis of performance in GATE.

NSIT Delhi offers full-time Ph.D. in following branches of engineering:

Electronics and Communication Engineering: Bipolar and MOS Analog Integrated Circuits, current-mode Signal Processing, Switched-Capacitor/Switched Current Circuits, Digital Signal Processing, Statistical Signal Processing, Digital Communication.

Computer Engineering: Information Systems, Software Engineering, Embedded and Real-Time Systems, Computer Architecture.

Instrumentation and Control Engineering: Specialized Areas of Industrial Electronics, Process Control, Industrial Drives, Biomedical Instrumentation, Intelligent Instrumentation, Control and Mechatronics.

Manufacturing Process and Automation Engineering: Manufacturing, Automation, Computer Aided Design and Manufacturing, Manufacturing Systems, Computer Integrated Manufacturing.

School of Applied Sciences: Optoelectronics, Molecular Biology, Protein Chemistry, Enzymology, Bioinformatics, Processing and Preservation of Food, Microbiology, Medicinal Chemistry, Plant Tissue Culture.
